The original surface was corroded by the oil refining process. We are looking for ways to protect the original surface and avoid welding, as the heat can damage it.

1. Surface preparation by Aluminum Oxide No. 19-24 to achieved SA3. 2. Spray bonding by WA BC-TS thickness 100-200Microns. 3. Spray by Duplex 2205. Thickness 150-300 Microns. 4. Check the thickness after spraying. (200 to 500 μm) 5. Painting by Sealant 3 layers
