Technical Advantages

Regarding the solution, we had two options: Boiler cladding and ArcSpray. Since this customer had previously used arc spray and experienced peeling, we decided to use the Boiler cladding solution to improve bonding and stability. For welding material selection, we conducted cladding tests and G65 testing on various cladding wires, ultimately choosing Chromcore 414-G wire from Welding Alloys Group. To ensure the project's success, we tested a 1m² area and monitored wear rates. After one year of operation, the results were excellent. The customer was completely satisfied and agreed to use our solution for actual 80m2 cladding project.
