How WA solved the challenge
Gouged the old component for fatigue & wear out portions, then grinded. Taken a new MS plate and welded to old one, joined with SS 9L WIRE, Then started rebuilding Base - Hard face Aprail-O - Build up. Intermittent layer HC-O- 1 layer. Top - Hardface Tic-O - 1 layer.
