Technical Advantages

While we do not have wear info available at this time. We do know that the customer was happy with the scope of work and the timing it was completed. The material selection HC-O (1.6) & WA Integra Team used the stringer process not oscillated. This allowed for a better wear life from material without breakouts do to oscillated bead process. We applied material behind the grinding edge to keep part from under cutting.
