Technical Advantages
With our recommended rebuild and materials, we were able to extend the wear life of these crusher teeth from 2 months to 8 months. 4x the original wear life. We have also proposed a new alternative solution, which is to fabricate new crusher tooth tips with inserts, which can be replaced when worn, instead of rebuilding. This will decrease the plant maintenance downtime and increase productivity.
